We’re happy to announce that Western Youth Services is our 2018 Partner of the Year!
You can help us honor Western Youth Services and ALL of our award recipients at our annual Palette of Colors Fundraising Dinner & Auction. Come and have an exciting evening with us at the Chuck Jones Center for Creativity on June 2! Check out everything we have in store for the evening:
Catering
We’ve engaged 24 Carrots, one of Orange County’s finest event and catering companies, to produce a great meal.
Tableside fun
Amazing Magic Ian will be turning up when you least expect him to astound and amaze you. If you haven’t already seen his video, check out his website! In the spirit of the venue, we’ve also engaged a Disney-trained caricature artist who will be happy to personify your “night to remember”!
Live and silent auction items galore
This year’s live auction items include a trip to the Country Music Awards, a private suite at a Dodgers game, and more! We also have over 200 items in our silent auction, including posh gift baskets, experiences, and other bargains.
Opportunity drawings
Chinese food “look-alike” boxes will pique your curiosity. Go ahead and grab a mystery gift from one of 60 mystery boxes. We promise it won’t be Chinese food! These sell out quickly so arrive early.
Gold box mystery
As a special surprise, we’ll have 15 gold boxes for sale that have luxury items inside. What will your gold box reveal?
Velvet bag and NEW Ultra-gold bag wine wall
You can never go wrong with a mystery bottle of wine. We’ve got a great selection this year, including several $100 bottles!
Our Partnership with Western Youth Services
Western Youth Services’ mission is to advance awareness, cultivate success, and strengthen communities through integrated mental health services for children, youth, and families.
We’ve centered our Partnership on helping teenage youth with our “Raging Colors” Program. This course is specifically designed to help children and teens express pent-up angst, anxiety, and anger.
By the end of May 2018, we’ll have completed 27 workshops with Western Youth Services at 10 different Family Resource Centers (and/or Boys & Girls Clubs). We’ve served 206 children and adults in workshops and have impacted another 35 children and adults through outreach and donations.
Because of this outstanding partnership and synergy with our Mission, we’re happy to name them as our 2018 Partner of the Year.
